Avenged

An honest undercover police officer named Chili is denied a significant reward by his corrupt superiors after a dangerous operation. Driven by ambition and financial frustration, he infiltrates a gang specializing in cash-in-transit heists. Instead of arresting the criminals, Chili intends to participate in a single score for his own gain. He faces opposition from his partner, and tensions rise as a member of the gang recognizes his true identity.

Directed and written by Donovan Marsh, this action-crime drama is the second film in his career, following Spud (2010). The movie features S'Dumo Mtshali as Chili and Presley Chweneyagae as Shoes, alongside Israel Makoe, Owen Sejake, Warren Masemola, and Hlubi Mboya.
