Happy Accidents

Ruby Weaver is a New Yorker who has given up on finding a lasting relationship after too many disappointments. Then she meets Sam Deed, a sweet if eccentric man, and the two quickly move in together. Their happiness is complicated by Sam's insistence that he has traveled back from the year 2470, partly to protect Ruby herself. Unsure whether he is delusional or telling the truth, Ruby turns to her therapist and her best friend, Gretchen, as she weighs whether a future with Sam makes sense.
