Kate Moore is a lawyer tasked with defending Talan Gwynek, a man accused of murdering a family during a trip in rural France. While Gwynek suffers from a rare condition that causes excessive hair growth and a beast-like appearance, Moore initially seeks to prove his innocence. As she investigates, she discovers that her client possesses dangerous capabilities that go beyond human nature. The situation escalates when Gwynek escapes custody and begins leaving a trail of victims across Paris.

Directed by William Brent Bell, this horror mystery thriller followed his previous works Stay Alive and The Devil Inside. The film features A.J. Cook as the attorney and Brian Scott O'Connor as the defendant, supported by a credited cast of 37 people.
