Shrew's Nest

Set in 1950s Madrid, this drama and horror thriller centers on Montse, a woman whose agoraphobia confines her to a dark apartment. Having spent her youth raising her younger sister after the loss of their parents, Montse relies on the girl as her primary connection to the outside world. The isolation of the sisters is interrupted when a young neighbor named Carlos is injured in the stairwell and seeks help at their door. Once he enters the home, the situation shifts as Montse reveals a more aggressive nature, leaving Carlos's fate uncertain.
