Short description
Set in West Germany in 1958, this historical drama follows Johann Radmann, a young prosecutor who discovers evidence linking prominent citizens to crimes committed at the Auschwitz concentration camp. With the support of General Prosecutor Fritz Bauer, Radmann investigates a system of denial and conspiracy designed to protect former SS members. The story highlights the tension between those seeking justice for the victims and a society eager to forget its Nazi past during a period of economic recovery.
