Catch Hell

Reagan Pearce, a former Hollywood star whose career has faded, travels to Louisiana to scout a location for a new project. There he is abducted by two men with ties to his past who chain him inside a rundown shack and set about destroying his reputation, threatening to expose private material online while he can do nothing but watch. Realising that no rescue is coming and that his captors intend to ruin him, he resolves to free himself by force and take his revenge.

Catch Hell is a 2014 American drama and thriller directed by Ryan Phillippe, who also wrote the screenplay with Joe Gossett and produced the film. It marked his first time in the director's chair and his first credited screenwriting work. Phillippe leads the cast as Pearce, with Ian Barford as Mike, Stephen Louis Grush as Junior and Joyful Drake as Diane rounding out the principal roles.
