Planet Hulk

Hulk has become too dangerous to remain on Earth, so a group of powerful figures arranges to send him away on a spacecraft meant to carry him to an uninhabited world. The plan goes wrong when Hulk damages the ship while trying to break free, and it crashes on the planet Sakaar. There he is captured, sold into slavery and forced to fight as a gladiator, eventually becoming a leader among the enslaved population against the tyrannical Red King.

This animated adaptation of the Marvel Comics story by Greg Pak was directed by Sam Liu, the fifth of the twenty-two films he has directed in chronological order, following Justice League: Crisis on Two Earths and preceding Batman: Year One. Greg Johnson wrote the screenplay, Frank Paur produced, and the voice cast includes Rick D. Wasserman as Hulk, Lisa Ann Beley as Caiera, Mark Hildreth as Red King, Liam O'Brien as Hiroim, Kevin Michael Richardson as Korg and Sam Vincent as Miek. Sixty-seven crew members are credited.

The film runs 81 minutes and was released in February 2010. It earned about 7 million dollars worldwide. On IMDb it holds a rating of 6.7 from roughly 14,000 votes, while on TMDB it stands at 7.1 from around 572 votes, indicating a modest but generally positive response from audiences.
