Lost Flower: Eo Woo-dong

Set during the early Joseon Dynasty, this historical drama centers on a complicated romantic triangle involving Eo Woo-dong, her husband Lee Dong, and a fantasy figure named Moo-gong. Through the conflicting experiences of the upper class, the story uses its period setting to offer a critique of contemporary Korean society.

The film was written and directed by Lee Soo-sung, marking the first entry in a series of six listed works by the director. The cast features Song Eun-Chae as Hye-in, Yeo Wook-hwan as Moo-gong, and Baek Do-bin as Yi-dong. Other roles include Yoo Jang-young as King Sejong, Kim Ki-doo as Kim Sang-Sun, and Nam Kyung-eup as Vice Minister Park. This Korean production blends elements of thriller and history over a runtime of 100 minutes.
