From Vegas to Macau II

Ken, a retired professional card player, is pulled back into action when his former protégé Vincent, now with Interpol, asks for help. The criminal organization DOA is hunting its former accountant Mark, who has fled to Thailand with his daughter and with information about a large sum of hidden money. Interpol is also after Mark, and Ken joins the search. At the same time, the true head of the organization, a woman named Aoi, directs operations from an unusual base: a large passenger aircraft kept in flight.

The film is a Hong Kong comedy directed by Wong Jing, who also wrote the screenplay and produced it with Andrew Lau Wai-Keung. It is the twenty-eighth of the thirty-seven films Wong Jing has directed in chronological order, following From Vegas to Macau from 2014 and preceding From Vegas to Macau III from 2016. Chow Yun-fat plays Ken, also known as Ko Chun, alongside Carina Lau as Molly, Nick Cheung as Mark, Shawn Yue as Vincent, David Chiang Da-Wei as Victor and Kimmy Tong Fei as Rainbow. The credited cast runs to seventy-four names.

Released in February 2015, the film took about 150 million dollars worldwide. Audience scores are modest: on IMDb it holds 4.6 out of 10 from roughly 1,300 votes, and on TMDB 5 out of 10 from a much smaller number of votes.
