The Assistant

While rushing his pregnant wife to the hospital, Thomas accidentally kills a young man in a road accident. This tragedy leaves the victim's mother, Marie-France, unable to cope with her loss. Nine years later, Marie-France secures a position as Thomas's secretary. Without revealing her identity or her connection to his past, she begins to weave herself into his professional and family life, driven by a growing rage.
