A helicopter pilot and her husband find themselves trapped in an 86-story building in Los Angeles after it is seized by a group of terrorists. With the security forces eliminated and hostages held captive inside the skyscraper, the couple must fight against the armed gang to save the people trapped within the structure.

Directed by Raymond Martino and produced by PM Entertainment Group, this 1996 American action thriller stars Anna Nicole Smith as Carrie Wink and Richard Steinmetz as Gordon Wink.
