The Sound

The Sound is a horror mystery thriller about a writer named Kelly Johansen who investigates paranormal activity. Believing that reports of ghosts in an abandoned subway station are actually caused by low frequency tactile sounds, she breaks into the facility to record evidence and debunk the sightings.

Written and directed by Jenna Mattison, who also served as a producer alongside Geoff Hart and Bill Viola Jr., the film is a co-production between Canada and the United States. The movie stars Rose McGowan in the lead role, with a supporting cast that includes Christopher Lloyd, Michael Eklund, Richard Gunn, Stephen McHattie, and Nicholas Campbell.
