An upscale fertility clinic in Las Vegas is the setting for this drama. Dr. Freeman specializes in helping women conceive through egg transplants and artificial insemination. After he treats nine different patients, eight of them give birth to healthy children. The conflict arises when the mothers realize their babies look remarkably similar, leading to accusations that the doctor committed a criminal and ethical breach.
