Dragonheart: Battle for the Heartfire

Dragonheart: Battle for the Heartfire is a fantasy adventure set in the medieval kingdom of Brittania, where a dragon named Drago and King Gareth share a special bond. After the king dies, his twin grandchildren Edric and Meghan both claim the throne, each armed with inherited dragon abilities. Their rivalry is put aside when Drago's power source, the Heartfire, is stolen, leaving the kingdom vulnerable and forcing the siblings to join forces against a common enemy.

The film is the fourth entry in the Dragonheart series and was directed by Patrik Syversen, his third feature after Prowl and Exteriors. Matthew Feitshans wrote the screenplay, and Raffaella De Laurentiis produced. Patrick Stewart voices Drago, while Tom Rhys Harries and Jessamine-Bliss Bell play the twins. Marte Germaine Christensen, Tamzin Merchant and André Eriksen appear in supporting roles. Shot in Romania for Universal 1440 Entertainment, the film runs 98 minutes.
