Jeepers Creepers 3

The Creeper returns for the final day of its twenty-three-day feeding cycle, and a task force led by the skeptical Sergeant David Tubbs is determined to end the creature for good. As the killings mount, the investigation draws closer to the secret behind the winged demon's dark origins.

Victor Salva wrote and directed this third entry in the Jeepers Creepers series, which he had launched with the 2001 original and continued with a sequel in 2003. It followed his drama Peaceful Warrior and the thriller Rosewood Lane. Jonathan Breck again plays the Creeper, with Stan Shaw as Sheriff Tashtego, Brandon Smith as Tubbs, Gabrielle Haugh as Addison Brandon and Meg Foster as Gaylen Brandon. Around 28 cast members and 89 crew were credited.

The film was made for about 6 million dollars and took roughly 4 million dollars worldwide, so it did not recover its cost at the box office. Audience response was weak: on IMDb it holds 3.9 out of 10 from about 27,000 votes, and on TMDB 4.9 out of 10 from just over a thousand. A small pool of critics rated it 3.8 out of 10, close to the IMDb figure and below the TMDB average, leaving little sign of enthusiasm from any quarter.
