Short description
Jacky Vanmarsenille is a young cattle farmer who enters into a shady arrangement with a dishonest veterinarian and a prominent beef trader. As he becomes involved in the hormone trafficking trade, the murder of a federal police officer and the emergence of a secret from his childhood trigger a series of events with significant consequences. The story explores themes of lost innocence, friendship, and the cycle of crime and punishment.
