Short description
Lucy and Jane have been best friends for most of their lives and think they know everything there is to know about each other. But when Jane announces she's moving to London, Lucy reveals a long-held secret. As Jane tries to help Lucy, their friendship is thrown into chaos.
What's left behind the scenes
- Following the film's premiere at the Sundance Film Festival in 2022, HBO Max acquired it with the intention of releasing it on the streaming platform in the same year. However, Warner Bros., of which HBO Max was a part, was facing so many problems and undergoing such changes at the time that, as a result, the film was not released until 2024.
