Sinners and Saints

Set in a New Orleans devastated by a storm, this crime thriller follows Detective Sean Riley as he struggles with the loss of his son and the end of his marriage. While facing a potential suspension from the police force, Riley is paired with Will Ganz, a young homicide detective. Together, they investigate a string of brutal murders that have sparked a violent gang war across the city. As the investigation progresses, the partners discover a conspiracy far more sinister than the initial gang violence suggested.

Directed by William Kaufman, this was his second feature film, released after The Prodigy. The screenplay was written by Kaufman and Jay Moses. The movie stars Johnny Strong as Riley and Kevin Phillips as Ganz, with a supporting cast that includes Costas Mandylor, Sean Patrick Flanery, Tom Berenger, and Kim Coates.
