Think Like a Man

Think Like a Man is a 2012 American romantic comedy about four couples whose relationships are thrown off balance when the women begin applying the advice of Steve Harvey's bestselling relationship book. The men eventually discover that their partners are following a shared playbook, and they decide to turn the same guidance back on the women in an attempt to regain the upper hand. The film follows several friends at different stages of their love lives, from a committed bachelor and a single mother to a man still living under his mother's roof and a divorcee who dispenses advice he cannot follow himself.

Tim Story directed the film from a screenplay by Keith Merryman and David A. Newman, with Will Packer producing. It was Story's sixth feature as director, arriving between Kevin Hart: Laugh at My Pain and the sequel Think Like a Man Too. The cast includes Michael Ealy, Jerry Ferrara, Meagan Good, Regina Hall, Kevin Hart and Taraji P. Henson, among 26 credited performers, with a crew of 62.
