Aviva

Aviva explores romantic bonds and gender dynamics through the story of a man and a woman. The plot follows a marriage that grows and eventually ends, though the former partners maintain a close friendship. To convey this journey, the film blends standard dramatic acting with dance sequences. Each of the two lead characters is portrayed by both a male and a female actor.

Directed and written by Boaz Yakin, this production follows his previous work on Boarding School and precedes Once Again (for the very first time). Produced by Yakin and Bobbi Jene Smith through Outsider Pictures, the film is a joint venture between the United States and France. The cast features Zina Zinchenko and Or Schraiber as Aviva, while Bobbi Jene Smith and Tyler Phillips play Eden. Omri Drumlevich and Mouna Soualem also appear in the film, which includes a total of 22 credited cast members.

Released on December 1, 2022, the drama has a runtime of 116 minutes. Viewers on IMDb have given the movie a rating of 5.2/10 based on 621 votes.
