Faces in the Crowd

Anna Marchant is a woman who survives an attack by a serial killer, but the encounter leaves her with a severe head injury. She develops prosopagnosia, a neurological condition that prevents her from recognizing or remembering human faces. As the only witness to the killer's crimes, Anna attempts to identify her attacker with the help of a police officer named Kerrest. However, her inability to identify people allows the murderer to close in on her without being recognized.
