Short description
Following the incidents at Lake Victoria, ancient piranhas travel through plumbing and sewage systems to reach residential pools and a newly opened water park. These prehistoric creatures move beyond the lake to attack visitors in these artificial bodies of water.
Directed by John Gulager, this horror-comedy thriller is the second film in his career following Feast. The cast includes Danielle Panabaker, Matt Bush, Katrina Bowden, Jean-Luc Bilodeau, David Koechner, and Chris Zylka. Produced by Dimension Films, Intellectual Properties Worldwide, and Mark Canton Productions, the movie had a budget of 5 million USD and earned 8 million USD at the worldwide box office.
