Good Luck to You, Leo Grande

Nancy Stokes, a retired schoolteacher who has outlived her husband, decides to pursue the sexual experiences she never had during her long, conventional marriage. She books a hotel room and hires a young sex worker who goes by the name Leo Grande. What begins as a straightforward transaction develops into something neither of them expected, as the two keep meeting and the balance of power between them shifts.

The film is a British drama directed by Sophie Hyde, working from a screenplay by Katy Brand. It was Hyde's first feature, followed by Jimpa in 2026. Emma Thompson plays Nancy, with Daryl McCormack as Leo Grande and Isabella Laughland as Becky Foster. It runs 97 minutes.
