Short description
A hopeful musician and a Marine who is preparing for deployment enter into a marriage of convenience. While the arrangement begins as a fake relationship for mutual benefit, a subsequent tragedy causes them to develop genuine feelings for one another.
This romantic drama was directed by Elizabeth Allen Rosenbaum, following her previous work on Aquamarine, Ramona and Beezus, and Careful What You Wish For. It stars Sofia Carson and Nicholas Galitzine in the lead roles, supported by a cast that includes John Harlan Kim, Chosen Jacobs, Anthony Ippolito, and Linden Ashby. The production was a joint effort between the United Kingdom and the United States, involving Alloy Entertainment, Embankment Films, and Gidden Media.

- In one scene, during a music festival, the main character's engagement ring appears and disappears, then reappears. This proves that the entire scene was “cobbled together” in editing from several takes.
