Cleanskin

Cleanskin follows Ewan, a British secret service operative who works undercover as a bodyguard for an arms dealer. When a violent ambush leaves a briefcase of plastic explosives in the hands of a terrorist cell, Ewan is ordered to track down those responsible and recover it before they can put the material to use. Running in parallel is the story of Ash, a British-born man drawn into extremism and now leading a dangerous cell in London, whose path is set to collide with Ewan's.

The 2012 British thriller was written, produced and directed by Hadi Hajaig. Sean Bean heads the cast as Ewan, with Abhin Galeya as Ash, Charlotte Rampling as Charlotte McQueen, and supporting turns from Peter Polycarpou, Tuppence Middleton and Tom Burke. The production involved a credited crew of 92 across two British companies, The Salt Company and UK Film Studio, and runs 108 minutes.

Audience response has been moderate: on IMDb the film holds 6.2 out of 10 from around 22,000 votes, while on TMDB it sits at 5.7 out of 10 from 369 votes. A critics' rating of 4.5 out of 10 from 17 reviews places it below the audience score, indicating a mixed-to-negative critical reception against a somewhat warmer viewer reaction.
