2 Days in Paris

2 Days in Paris follows Marion, a French photographer living in New York, and Jack, her American interior designer boyfriend, whose relationship has grown strained. Hoping a change of scenery will help, they travel to Paris, where Marion's parents live. Jack speaks no French, and the visit quickly becomes tense: Marion's father regards him with suspicion, her former boyfriends keep appearing, and cultural misunderstandings pile up. Marion and Jack must decide whether their relationship can survive the trip.

Julie Delpy directed, wrote, produced and stars in the film, which was released in 2007 and runs 96 minutes. It was the first film she directed, followed by The Countess, 2 Days in New York, Lolo, My Zoe and Meet the Barbarians. Adam Goldberg plays Jack, and the cast includes Daniel Brühl, Adan Jodorowsky, Alexandre Nahon and Albert Delpy, with 37 credited performers in all.
