Fifteen years after her daughter was kidnapped and killed, a mother continues to suffer from the unsolved crime. As the legal statute of limitations on the case nears its end, a new abduction occurs using the same methods as the original crime. A detective who worked on the first case, the mother, and a grandfather whose granddaughter was recently taken join forces to identify and capture the perpetrator before time runs out.
