B-Girl follows a young breakdancer named Angel who seeks to establish herself within the male-dominated world of underground hip hop. After an attack by a former partner leaves her with a serious injury, she must navigate the process of recovery and adaptation. While some accounts place her journey in Los Angeles and others in New York, the story focuses on her struggle to overcome hostility from rivals and personal hardships to prove her skill in high-stakes dance battles.

The film was written and directed by Emily Dell and produced by Elizabeth Dell through Two Camels Films. It stars Julie Urich as Angel, with supporting performances from Missy Yager, Wesley Jonathan, Drew Sidora, Aimee Garcia, and James Martinez. The production features choreography by Ivan Velez.
