Vice

In a futuristic resort called Vice, wealthy clients pay to act out their darkest fantasies with synthetic inhabitants that mimic human thought and feeling. The facility's owner, Julian Michaels, maintains order by resetting the memories of these androids. The conflict begins when a synthetic woman named Kelly experiences a malfunction that allows her to retain her memories of the trauma she endured. After gaining self-awareness, she escapes the resort, becoming the target of mercenaries hired by Michaels while simultaneously crossing paths with a police officer determined to shut down the violent operation.

Directed by Brian A. Miller, this film followed his work on Officer Down and The Prince. The cast features Bruce Willis as Julian, Thomas Jane as Roy, and Ambyr Childers as Kelly, along with Bryan Greenberg, Johnathon Schaech, and Charlotte Kirk. Produced by Grindstone Entertainment Group, Aperture Entertainment, EFO Films, and K5 International, the project had a budget of 10 million USD.
