Ladrones

Alejandro Toledo, a retired thief, is pulled back into his old life to help a hardworking rural community recover land that was taken from them. The scheme behind the theft involves a wealthy and unscrupulous businesswoman and her associates, and getting the land back means Toledo and his new partner, Santiago Guzman, have to return to the kind of work they thought they had left behind. The story moves between the community and the world of its wealthy adversary, and it is built around the pair's attempt to put things right.
