Return to Sleepaway Camp

A new summer season is underway at Camp Manabe, where the owner Frank and his young partner Ronnie try to keep the place running with as little supervision as the underpaid staff can get away with. When campers and counselors start vanishing and turning up dead, Ronnie is troubled by memories of a string of killings that took place at Camp Arawak. As his suspicion spreads, nearly everyone around him becomes a possible culprit, from Frank to a former camper and the local sheriff looking into the deaths.

Return to Sleepaway Camp is a 2008 American horror comedy with mystery elements, written and directed by Robert Hiltzik. It followed his 1983 debut Sleepaway Camp, and was his second film as director. The cast is led by Vincent Pastore as Frank, Paul DeAngelo as Ronnie, Jackie Tohn as Linda and Jonathan Tiersten as Ricky, with Isaac Hayes as Charlie the Chef and Michael Gibney as Alan. It runs 86 minutes and was made for about 4 million dollars.
