Jeannie runs a vintage clothing store in Austin, Texas, where she lives alongside her twin sister Lauren, whose life has stalled. Jeannie uses a wheelchair; Lauren does not, and the two have little in common. When a dispute with her business partner Amanda strains the shop, Jeannie finds herself drawn closer to Lauren, while Amanda returns to an old boyfriend.

The film is Andrew Bujalski's third feature as director, following Funny Ha Ha and Mutual Appreciation, and he also wrote the screenplay. It was produced by Dia Sokol Savage and Ethan Vogt, with a cast of twenty-six that includes Tilly Hatcher as Jeannie, Maggie Hatcher as Lauren, Alex Karpovsky, Katy O'Connor, David Zellner and Kyle Henry.

Released in 2009, it runs 100 minutes. On IMDb it holds a 6.1 rating from 908 votes, and on TMDB a 5.6 from 20 votes. A critics' rating of 6.9 from 47 reviews places it above both audience scores. Bujalski went on to direct Computer Chess and Support the Girls.
