Short description
At North Shore High School, a confident student named Jo decides to break her rule against getting involved in social drama to help Abby, a shy girl targeted by the school's popular group known as the Plastics. This alliance is driven by a secret agreement, as Abby's wealthy father offers to pay for Jo's college education in exchange for her friendship. Together, they attempt to undermine the influence of the group's leader, Mandi, and her followers, leading to a conflict of loyalties that intensifies when the truth about the financial arrangement is revealed.
