Christmas Cupid

Sloane Spencer is a successful public relations agent in Hollywood whose drive and willingness to cut ethical corners have made her wealthy but not happy. Days before Christmas, her client, actress Caitlin Quinn, falls into a coma following an accident. Caitlin then appears to Sloane as a ghostly presence, taking her through her own past, present and future Christmases and confronting her with the men she has loved and left behind. The encounters push Sloane to reconsider how she treats people, and a reunion with Patrick Kerns, a boyfriend from her college years, may point her toward a different life.

The film is a television romantic comedy directed by Gil Junger, working from a screenplay by Aury Wallington, with Craig McNeil producing. It is Junger's fifth feature in the order of his filmography, arriving between Beauty & the Briefcase and Teen Spirit; his earlier work includes 10 Things I Hate About You and If Only. Christina Milian plays Sloane, with Ashley Benson as Caitlin, Chad Michael Murray as Patrick, and Burgess Jenkins as Sloane's boss and lover, Andrew Craig.
