An American Werewolf in Paris

An American tourist named Andy, travelling through Europe with his friends Brad and Chris, saves a young Frenchwoman, Serafine, from a suicide attempt at the Eiffel Tower. He becomes determined to find her again, but she keeps her distance because of a dark secret: she is a werewolf. Andy's search draws him into a pack of werewolves in Paris who have used a serum to control their transformations, and he soon has his own reasons to seek a cure.

Anthony Waller directed and co-wrote the film with Tim Burns and Tom Stern, following his 1995 debut Mute Witness. Tom Everett Scott plays Andy, with Julie Delpy as Serafine, Vince Vieluf and Phil Buckman as his friends, Julie Bowen as Amy Finch and Pierre Cosso as the pack's leader, Claude. It is a comedy, fantasy and horror film running 98 minutes, made for about 22 million dollars and taking roughly 27 million worldwide.

On IMDb the film holds 5.1 out of 10 from around 29,000 votes, and on TMDB 5.9 out of 10 from roughly 795 votes. A critics' rating stands at 3.8 out of 10 based on 30 reviews, below the audience scores on both sites.
