The Treatment

Police inspector Nick Cafmeyer is a successful professional haunted by the childhood disappearance of his younger brother, Bjorn. Years later, Nick continues to be harassed by Ivan Plettinckx, a sex offender who was once a suspect in the case but was released for lack of evidence. When a new investigation begins regarding the kidnapping of a nine-year-old boy, the details mirror Nick's own past trauma. This leads to an intense search and a relentless manhunt to capture the perpetrator.
