Blackway

Lillian returns to her hometown in the Pacific Northwest after years away and almost immediately draws the attention of Blackway, a former police officer who has become a powerful criminal figure in the community. When she rejects his advances, he begins a campaign of harassment against her, and the townspeople, afraid of him, offer no help. The sheriff even suggests she leave. Instead, Lillian decides to stay and fight back, turning to Lester, an older ex-logger living in seclusion, and his younger companion Nate, the only two willing to stand against Blackway.

The film is a mystery thriller directed by Daniel Alfredson, working from a screenplay by Gregory Jacobs and Joe Gangemi. It sits after Kidnapping Mr. Heineken in Alfredson's filmography and before the two Intrigo films.
